The HUD Homelessness Data Exchange (HDX) is to be used only by persons authorized to report on behalf of a Continuum of Care (CoC) as outlined in HUD�s CoC Program. The information collected here have been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44U S.C. 3501 3520). The System Performance Measures Reporting for the CoC is estimated to average 15 hours per community, including the time for reviewing instructions, identifying and reviewing the required data, and submitting those data into the HDX.
